Lucretia Herper Black (b. 1924) was a pure-blood witch from the noble House of Black who was the eldest daughter of Arcturus Black III and Melania Macmillan, and the older sister of Orion Black. She married Abraxas Malfoy a pure-blood wizard and had only one son, Lucius Malfoy II, in the 1950's.

Biography

Early life

Lucretia was born as a pure-blood wizard to Arcturus Black III and Melania Macmillian, both pure-blood wizards, in 1925. She was their eldest child and only daughter. Her brother, Orion was born 4 years later and she was Orion's older sister.

Hogwarts years (1939 - 1944)

She went to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1939, where she was sorted into Slytherin house.

Befriending with Hermione Granger

In the 1940s Lucretia made friends immediately with Hermione when she was sorted into Slytherin unlike her cousin, Walburga who did not like Hermione. The two become close and Hermione tells her she is from the future.
